Para ellos hicimos una<br \/>\nestructura de madera pegada al servomotor de 180\u00ba por arriba para que pudiera<br \/>\nrealizar el giro, como se puede observar en la siguiente imagen:<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/estructurainicial-1024x576.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/estructurainicial-1024x576.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nPara la realizaci\u00f3n del punto anterior conectamos el<br \/>\nservomotor de 180\u00ba a uno de los arduino uno y lo fuimos probando seg\u00fan el<br \/>\nc\u00f3digo que le \u00edbamos subiendo.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nLo siguiente era conseguir coger las cartas una a una de la<br \/>\nestructura, momento en el cual tuvimos que necesitar el servomotor de 360\u00ba. Al<br \/>\nprincipio utilizamos un enganche para ir cogiendo las cartas.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nTras muchos problemas con la madera que utilizamos al<br \/>\ncomienzo, debido al poco peso y a la inestabilidad que presentaba, decidimos<br \/>\ncoger un soporte que ser\u00eda la nueva estructura pegada sobre una peque\u00f1a tabla<br \/>\nde madera que es la que ir\u00eda pegada y atornillada con el servomotor de 180\u00ba. La<br \/>\nimagen del soporte es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/ELSOPORTE-768x1024.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/ELSOPORTE-768x1024.jpg\" width=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nTras tener unidos el soporte y la madera con el servo,<br \/>\nprocedimos a pegar el servomotor de 360\u00ba al soporte de forma milim\u00e9trica y con<br \/>\nesfuerzo, realizando pruebas para que efectivamente cogiera cartas de una en<br \/>\nuna y sin atascarse. Una vez hecho esto fue el momento de pegar de nuevo<br \/>\nmilim\u00e9tricamente mediante madera pero con un motor de corriente continua de 3<br \/>\nvoltios, que adquirimos algo de tiempo atr\u00e1s previendo que podr\u00edamos utilizarlo<br \/>\nen el lanzamiento de las cartas. Dicho motor cuenta con variaci\u00f3n de velocidad<br \/>\nde rango 0 a 9, siendo 0 el reposo, y 9 la velocidad m\u00e1s alta que alcanza. El<br \/>\nresultado fue el siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/Montaje2.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"272\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.etsii.urjc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/04\/Montaje2.jpg\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center; text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nEn cuanto a la conexi\u00f3n de los dos anteriores elementos (lo<br \/>\ncual est\u00e1 presente en el siguiente punto de la memoria), se conect\u00f3 el<br \/>\nservomotor de 360\u00ba en la placa arduino junto con el servomotor de 180\u00ba, y se<br \/>\nconect\u00f3 el motor en el otro arduino uno, con un par de resistencias de 100<br \/>\nohmios y de un transistor para su buen funcionamiento.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nEl detalle final para el cual fuera un proyecto m\u00e1s<br \/>\nllamativo, fue la introducci\u00f3n de un receptor bluetooth modelo HC-05, para<br \/>\npoder controlar todos los movimientos a partir de una aplicaci\u00f3n que dise\u00f1amos<br \/>\npara smartphones Android. Decidimos separarlo porque cont\u00e1bamos con dos arduino uno<br \/>\nprestados y para que no perdiera velocidad de giro el propio motor. mso-add-space: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\">\n1)<span style=\"font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Construcci\u00f3n de la estructura inicial: Debido al<br \/>\npoco peso, a la inestabilidad, y a los quebraderos de cabeza que surgieron a la<br \/>\nhora de pensar en c\u00f3mo ir sacando cartas de una en una, decidimos pensar y<br \/>\nrealizar la siguiente <b><u>soluci\u00f3n: <\/u><\/b>Adquirir<br \/>\nun soporte de cartas para tenerlas colocadas de forma \u00f3ptima y con un peso<br \/>\nincluido.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\">\n2)<span style=\"font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Limitaciones del servomotor en la extracci\u00f3n de<br \/>\ncartas: debido a que con un servomotor de 180\u00ba no consegu\u00edamos ir sacando las<br \/>\ncartas, ya que iba de adelante hacia atr\u00e1s y viceversa, decidimos esta otra <b><u>soluci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/b> adquirir un servomotor<br \/>\nde rotaci\u00f3n continua o 360\u00ba.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\">\n3)<span style=\"font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Montaje de los componentes en la estructura: Fue<br \/>\nlargo el proceso de montaje debido que a veces al pegar de una manera el<br \/>\nservomotor de 360\u00ba no extra\u00eda las cartas y quedaba atascado, y lo mismo suced\u00eda<br \/>\ncon el motor de 3 voltios, el cual contaba con el factor negativo de la<br \/>\nvibraci\u00f3n por el movimiento.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<b><u>Soluci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\nPegar de forma cuidadosa ambos componentes en la estructura y para el caso del<br \/>\nmotor, hacerlo con la ayuda de trozos de madera y bridas, todo con su<br \/>\nconsiguiente pegamento de cola con una pistola termofusible.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\">\n4)<span style=\"font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Otro gran problema surgido fue que los movimientos<br \/>\nde los servomotores no eran totalmente exactos, posiblemente en el caso del<br \/>\nservomotor de 180\u00ba por la fuerza ejercida y la vibraci\u00f3n producida al girar del<br \/>\nfin al comienzo de forma r\u00e1pida, y en el caso del servomotor de 360\u00ba, por la<br \/>\npoca presi\u00f3n necesaria para ir sacando las cartas.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<b><u>Soluci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\nTras revisiones en el c\u00f3digo utilizado, en el primer servomotor, atornillarlo a<br \/>\nla estructura, y en el segundo, el de 360\u00ba, actualizar la aplicaci\u00f3n para que<br \/>\nse pudiera girar las veces que queramos cuando pidamos carta, ya que en muy<br \/>\npocas ocasiones, se daba el caso de que el giro no completaba la extracci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nuna carta.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"margin-left: 53.45pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<h1 style=\"margin-left: 36.0pt;
