La idea principal consiste en la construcci\u00f3n de un dispositivo que, mediante el uso de componentes electr\u00f3nicos controlados por Arduino, sea capaz de generar burbujas de forma autom\u00e1tica mientras reproduce m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>OBJETIVO<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal del proyecto es dise\u00f1ar y construir un dispositivo automatizado que pueda crear burbujas de forma continua y sincronizada con la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica. Esto implica la integraci\u00f3n de un sistema que controle la activaci\u00f3n del ventilador para la creaci\u00f3n de las burbujas, el movimiento del servo motor para llevar el recipiente de agua frente al ventilador, y la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica desde una tarjeta SD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>IDEAS Y CONSIDERACIONES<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de \u00abBubble Master\u00bb requiere un enfoque multidisciplinario que abarca conceptos de electr\u00f3nica, programaci\u00f3n y mec\u00e1nica. Se debe considerar la interacci\u00f3n entre los distintos componentes del sistema para lograr un funcionamiento armonioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pompero:<\/strong> Un pompero ser\u00e1 el encargado de generar las burbujas. Se conectar\u00e1 a un servo motor que controlar\u00e1 su posici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brazo robot:<\/strong> Se usa un brazo formado por 2 servomotores para levantar y posicionar el recipiente de agua frente al ventilador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recipiente de Agua:<\/strong> Un recipiente de cer\u00e1mica contendr\u00e1 el agua para la generaci\u00f3n de burbujas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ventilador:<\/strong> Un ventilador se activar\u00e1 para crear las burbujas cuando el recipiente de agua est\u00e9 posicionado frente a \u00e9l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sensor de Ultrasonido:<\/strong> Se utilizar\u00e1 un sensor de ultrasonido para detectar la presencia del pompero y activar el sistema de generaci\u00f3n de burbujas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Altavoces:<\/strong> Dos altavoces reproducir\u00e1n la m\u00fasica almacenada en una tarjeta SD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lector de Tarjeta SD:<\/strong> Un lector de tarjeta SD permitir\u00e1 la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica almacenada en archivos digitales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arduino Uno R3:<\/strong> La placa Elegoo Uno R3 ser\u00e1 el cerebro del sistema, controlando todos los componentes y coordinando sus acciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>FOTOS DEL PROYECTO<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las fotos proporcionadas a continuaci\u00f3n son im\u00e1genes del proyecto antes de cerrarlo y prepararlo para su resultado final. Rel\u00e9, modulo power supply y pila<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo del proyecto implica varias etapas, que incluyen el dise\u00f1o del circuito electr\u00f3nico, la programaci\u00f3n del Arduino, la construcci\u00f3n del dispositivo f\u00edsico y la integraci\u00f3n de todos los componentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dise\u00f1o del Circuito:<\/strong> Se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 un circuito que conecte todos los componentes de manera adecuada, asegurando una interacci\u00f3n correcta entre ellos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Programaci\u00f3n del Arduino:<\/strong> Se escribir\u00e1 el c\u00f3digo necesario para controlar el funcionamiento de cada componente de manera coordinada, incluyendo la activaci\u00f3n del servo motor, la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica y la detecci\u00f3n de personas mediante el sensor de ultrasonido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Construcci\u00f3n del Dispositivo:<\/strong> Se construir\u00e1 el dispositivo f\u00edsico, asegurando la correcta disposici\u00f3n de los componentes para un funcionamiento \u00f3ptimo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pruebas y Ajustes:<\/strong> Se realizar\u00e1n pruebas para verificar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema, realizando ajustes seg\u00fan sea necesario para mejorar su rendimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>PROBLEMAS QUE HAN SURGIDO<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ventilador:<\/strong> para el ventilador que sopla el pompero ha pasado por varios cambios. Primero intentamos usar el ventilador que venia con el kit de arduino pero este no daba suficiente aire como para crear las pompas. Probamos a cambiar el propio ventilador. Usamos una h\u00e9lice de un antiguo avi\u00f3n teledirigido pero las aspas estaban al rev\u00e9s ya que en un avi\u00f3n el aire es expulsado hacia atr\u00e1s para impulsar el avi\u00f3n adelante. La soluci\u00f3n fue sencilla aunque tardamos en encontrarla. Fue simplemente intercambiar los cables de corriente y tierra del motor del ventilador. Ahora el aire se expulsaba hacia delante, pero seguia sin ser suficiente para hacer pompas. La solucion fue usar una pila que seria la que alimentaria a ese ventilador. Pero para que no estuviera constantemente en funcionamiento, el circuito pasa por un rel\u00e9 que cerrar\u00e1 el circuito cuando fuera necesario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Altavoces:<\/strong> los altavoces petardean y se pueden llegar a bloquear. Los altavoces empezaban a reproducir musica a la vez que el ventilador. Por lo que en esos segundos el arduino esta controlando a la vez el ventilador, la musica que se reproduce por los altavoces y leer el fichero de musica de la tarjeta micro sd. Todas esas acciones a la vez producian ese problema. Cuando usamos la pila para alimentar el ventilador, ya no utilizaban la misma fuente de alimentacion asi que se soluciono el problema<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timers:<\/strong> el problema era el uso de servomotores y el audio en el mismo arduino. Cuando se reproducia el audio por primera vez, despues los servomotores no funcionaban. El problema es que las librerias que utilizabamos (Servo para servomotres y TMRpcm para reproducir audio de una sd) usaban las dos Timer1. Para solucionar el problema encontramos la libreria ServoTimer2 sustituyendo a Servo, esta primera usa Timer2 de manera que no colisionan las librerias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>CAPTURAS DEL C\u00d3DIGO <\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tenemos todas las librer\u00edas usadas para hacer funcionar el sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure una posici\u00f3n concreta, que se usar\u00e1 como posici\u00f3n inicial para el movimiento del brazo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Al integrar componentes electr\u00f3nicos controlados por Arduino con elementos l\u00fadicos como la generaci\u00f3n de burbujas y la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica, hemos logrado desarrollar un dispositivo que no solo entretiene, sino que tambi\u00e9n educa y fascina a trav\u00e9s de la interacci\u00f3n con la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo del proceso de desarrollo, hemos enfrentado diversos desaf\u00edos que han requerido soluciones ingeniosas y una comprensi\u00f3n profunda de los principios de la electr\u00f3nica y la programaci\u00f3n. Desde el dise\u00f1o del circuito hasta la programaci\u00f3n del Arduino y la construcci\u00f3n del dispositivo f\u00edsico, cada paso del proyecto ha sido una oportunidad para aprender y crecer en nuestras habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y creativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las mayores satisfacciones de este proyecto ha sido ver c\u00f3mo todas las piezas se unen para crear una experiencia integrada y armoniosa. Desde el momento en que el sensor de ultrasonido detecta el pompero y la reproducci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica, cada acci\u00f3n del dispositivo est\u00e1 cuidadosamente coordinada para proporcionar una experiencia envolvente y cautivadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, \u00abBubble Master\u00bb no solo es un dispositivo que genera burbujas y m\u00fasica, sino tambi\u00e9n una manifestaci\u00f3n de nuestra pasi\u00f3n por la innovaci\u00f3n y la creatividad.
